If you wish to book Henry for your special event, please fill out the enquiry form on our contact page, selecting the type of package you’re interested. In your message, please include your dates and any additional requests. Our event organiser will then be in touch.
To secure your booking, we will need to take an initial upfront deposit of £100. You don’t need to pay this immediately, but we can only reserve provisional bookings for up to five days after your enquiry.
The balance of your booking will then need to be paid no later than three months before your event date. If you are making a booking with less than three months before your requested dates, the entire amount will be due upfront to secure the booking.
Yes, we require an upfront payment to secure all bookings.
For all bookings more than three months away, we request a £100 deposit upfront, at which point your booking will be secured. The remaining balance will then be paid no later than three months prior to your date of hire.
If your booking is made less than three months prior to the hire of Henry, we ask that the full fee be paid at the point of booking.
If you have paid your deposit and secured your booking, the balance will be due no later than three months prior to the date of hire. All bookings less than three months away will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
How much it costs to hire Henry depends on the nature of your event and how many hours you want to book him for. You can find all the prices for Henry on our price list.

Yes, a minimum charge of £195 applies to all journeys booked, which will secure you with hire for 1 hour.
We know times are turbulent and unpredictable, so all bookings cancelled due to COVID-19 can be transferred to another date free of charge. Alternatively, you can receive a full refund minus the cost of the deposit. You can take a look at our COVID-19 policies here.
To find out if Henry is available for your chosen dates, please get in touch by filling out the enquiry form on our website. In your message, please state the dates you are interested in and our event organiser will be in touch shortly to discuss your booking.
Absolutely! However, we do only have one Henry, so it is best to get in touch with us as soon as possible not to avoid disappointment. If we have a free day and one of our friendly and experienced drivers is available, we will happily accommodate your event. Please note that bookings made less than three months prior to the event are required to pay the full hire fee at the time of booking.
Henry works throughout the year – the different seasons have their own beautiful effect on the tours, with Summer being our most popular! The only reason Henry wouldn’t be running is due to adverse weather conditions that could be dangerous for our passengers and drivers.
We generally try to keep all pickups and drop-offs within 35 miles of Kinglassie, Fife. However, if your event is out of this area, we may still be able to accommodate you! Please mention this to our event organiser when making a booking enquiry and we will do our best. Please note that extra charges may be incurred in addition to those on our price list for travel out of the area.
Henry is driven by a number of drivers who adore and care for him as much as his New Owner Ian. Our drivers are attentive and experienced, in both driving Henry and providing five-star service to their passengers. From educating tourists on Fife and the surrounding areas rich history to lending a hand to the bride as she steps off of Henry, our drivers will be with you every step of the way.
Henry comfortably holds eight passengers and your driver. The passenger seats are inward, luxury cushioned seating which gives him his distinct interior. You can check it out in our photo gallery.
Unfortunately, Henry does not have disabled access. As much as we would love to accommodate everyone aboard Henry, his vintage design does not accommodate for wheelchair and other mobility support devices.
That being said, previous passengers who have required the use of walking sticks have managed to on and offboard Henry with the use of our onboarding steps.

Unfortunately, we do not permit you to bring your own alcohol abroad Henry. However, we do have the option to add bubbles onto any booking for a small fee, which we can happily present chilled to you in Henry’s crystal glasses. If you are interested in adding this onto your package, please mention this when completing your booking enquiry.
No, however we do have luxury V Class vehicles and luxury 8 seaters Please get in touch if you would like any prices for our other vehicles – we are more than happy to help!
We will try our best to accommodate any last-minute bespoke requests. However, please bear in mind that this may not always be possible. Depending on the change, some additional charges may apply which we can discuss with you at the time of the request.
